ISOCOM was incorporated in the UK as "ISOCOM Components Ltd." in April, 1989. The company specializes in industrial and commercial Optocouplers/isolators, optoswitches/sensors, and discrete infrared Optoelectronic components.
Compared to some names in the industry, the name ISOCOM is not a household word but ISOCOM is emerging as one of the industry's more familiar names, synonymous with reliability, on-time delivery, and customer service.
Dedicated solely to the support of our worldwide customer base, as only a specialized supplier can be, ISOCOM has generated customer confidence that their Opto requirements will be supported both in the short and long term. This is especially important as many of the major names have or are retreating from commodity product lines in favor of more high tech endeavors.
The production plant for ISOCOM Components Ltd. is based in the North of England, in the town of Hartlepool . The factory is situated on a prime modern industrial estate and comprises of stores, production, testing, shipping and offices.
Products
The Product Line includes all of the major commercial Opto-Couplers/Isolators with the highest priority being the pursuit of excellent product quality and reliability plus the maintenance of approvals to all safety standards as defined by UL, CSA, VDE, and (as the criteria is determined).
A major strength of ISOCOM is its ability and willingness to perform special parametric selections to meet specific application requirements without imposing quantity restrictions. In addition, the ability of ISOCOM to furnish standard and custom Optosensors/switches, incorporating special packaging and custom assemblies, including cables, connectors, and other components, provide a true plug-in module solution.
