In response to the environmental directives being adopted throughout the world, Isocom Components 2004 Ltd. has established a programme and response that is intended to assist our customers and promote its product compliance with these laws. At this time, the key environmental directives are from the European Community and China, with many countries/states either following these directives explicitly or establishing their own variations.

RoHS

(Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive)

The European Parliament and the Council of the European Union have adopted legislation restricting or banning certain substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

Isocom Components 2004 Ltd. products certify that to the best of it’s knowledge all product is compliant with reference To European Directive 2011/65/EU and amendment (EU)2015/863.

REACh

(Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)

REACH is a European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use. It deals with the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances. The new law entered into force on 1 June 2007 and has been reviewed / updated approximately every 6 months since.

Isocom Components 2004 Ltd. is fully aware of the requirements given under REACh Directive 1907/2006/EC and identified it’s roles and obligations to the best of it’s knowledge. Isocom Components 2004 Ltd. is a ‘downstream user’ / producer of ‘articles’.

California Proposition 65

Isocom Components 2004 Ltd recognize and aim to meet with the requirements for Proposition 65 labeling / warnings on electronic components (https://www.p65warnings.ca.gov/new-proposition-65-warnings ) update 25th May 2018 – regulatory from 31st August 2018) supplied to companies who may manufacture products in California, or companies who may resell products in California provide the attached statement.

**It is important to note that these new regulations do not determine when a warning is required, they provide guidance for businesses once they have decided to provide a warning for a given exposure to a listed chemical.
